Steen has accumulated an unrivaled range of expertise and level of experience. He worked at The Corcoran Group for 14 years, Douglas Elliman for 10, and managed 250 agents at three other brokerages for 5 years handling several thousand sales and leasing transactions all over the city.
A native of Denmark, Steen immigrated to the U.S. in 1988. Early in his career, he focused on co-op sales on The Upper East Side (his home for 16 years), and Midtown, where he owned a co-op and served on the Board of Directors for more than 10 years.
Steen is also a condominium and townhouse sales and leasing specialist He worked out of an Upper West Side office for 10 years and several Greenwich Village offices for 3 years. He is intimately familiar with, and has transacted business in, many Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods.
After 30 years as a full-time broker, there is no challenge Steen has not mastered. He consistently delivers outstanding real estate services to buyers and sellers of cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses with an unwavering enthusiasm.
