Peter Smith has been living in Manhattan for 20 years and has lived between the Upper East Side and Midtown East and has great appreciation and understanding of these neighborhoods. He has a passion for New York Real Estate with it’s rich history and diversity. What matters most to Peter is providing the best possible service to his clients and building trusted relationships. Peter starts with listening to and understanding his client’s needs and what they are really looking for in a home. Intelligent and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills, Peter knows how to get the deal done right. With over 20 years of work experience Peter has a track record of building trust and he is consistently praised by clients and colleagues as a savvy and hard-working professional with impeccable character. Peter’s experience on Wall Street working in capital markets, hedge funds and private equity brings significant analytical skills and knowledge when it comes to understanding market condition and trends in New York Real Estate. These skills are critical in helping his clients with their real estate needs. Peter has lived in the same building close to Central Park in the East 70’s for over ten years. Peter is married and has two beautiful children. Peter has been a Board Member since 2015 of the Harbor Hall Foundation, founded in 1973, where he sits on a number of committees that help the foundation with its gifting, investments and fund raising.
