He has transacted sales, purchases, and leases throughout the City, from Battery Park to Inwood. Regardless of the client, deal, or location, Ken's approach to real estate is the same now as it was when he entered the industry in 2000. "My goal is to the make the buying, selling, or renting process not only a profitable and personal experience, but also as stress-free and enjoyable as possible." Ken grew up in California, where his mother was active in real estate and property development. As a result, his interest in real estate was fated at an early age. Before joining The Level Group, Ken started his career at Douglas Elliman, where he ranked in the Top 10% of Sales in 2003. In 2009, while working at Charles Rutenberg, Ken graduated magna cum laude from Hunter College with a BA in Political Science. Throughout his career, Ken has honed a valuable combination of marketing, sales, and business skills. He also spent two years working in business development at the DZAP Group, a respected national internet marketing firm that specializes in multi-family housing. Ken has a variety of interests outside of work, including fitness, volleyball, tennis, and meditation. Ken loves exploring the city, checking out new restaurants and taking in the latest shows. Ken is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, and a licensed real estate salesperson in California. He has traveled to amazing places around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe, and all throughout the Caribbean. A New Yorker now for 20 years, Ken has lived all over the City, from Chelsea to Park Slope and Washington Heights. He currently resides in the East Village.
