Most realtors, like Californians and Floridians, migrated from other lives. Frances Rickard's background in these former lives includes stints in theatre arts, film reviewing, interior design, and most notably advertising. During this period, she moved from broadcast traffic through account management to media planning, and in the course of this career fine-tuned a talent for target marketing --tailoring the message to the medium. This knack translates rewardingly into the compelling field of Real Estate, which to Frances is more than buying and selling. Rather, it means finding, and she considers herself to be a matchmaker, not for one's ideal mate, but for one's ideal home. Frances is both savvy and simpatico, and a member of the Manhattan Association of Realtors, REBNY, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a native New Yorker, who knows and loves Manhattan as well as all of its boroughs, and she will never migrate to Florida or California.
